401(k) Retirement Plan

Favorite Healthcare Staffing is proud to offer its employees the option to enroll in a 401(k) retirement plan that is administered by CPI – Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. See the links below for the 401(k) enrollment packet. You'll find everything you need to enroll in the plan!

Employees are eligible to enter the plan on the first day of each plan quarter after they have met the eligibility requirements for the plan. The entry dates for the plan are: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Please check with the Plan Administrator for current due dates for the open enrollment.
