Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plan Details
Favorite Healthcare Staffing offers eligible contract and travel RNs and select Allied Professionals medical insurance benefits from BlueCross/BlueShield of Kansas City with first-day coverage.
Favorite now offers three health insurance options. All utilize BlueCross/BlueShield´s renowned national network of healthcare providers and cover doctor visits, in-patient services, and prescription medications. Our newest option is a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan that offers low premiums and the opportunity to set aside money for health related expenses on a tax-free basis. Favorite shares generously in the cost of individual coverage. as well as making coverage available for your spouse and/or dependent children.
To meet and maintain eligibility requirements, you will need to consistently work an average of 30 hours per week under contract. Carefully read the plan´s Administrative Guidelines to learn more about the requirements for obtaining and keeping this insurance coverage.

Enrollment in Favorite's Medical Insurance Program is provided by BluesEnroll, the online enrollment system provided by BlueCross and BlueShield of Kansas City.
Use the BluesEnroll system for your intial enrollment, as well as to
make changes to your personal information, such as your address and contact information, or to your insurance plan when you experience a qualifying life event.

- On the Internet, go to www.BluesEnroll.com
- Once on the login screen, type your BluesEnroll login ID and password
Your BluesEnroll login ID is:
- Your First Name, the 1st initial of your last name, and the last 4 digits of your SSN
- Your initial login password is your nine-digit social security number without spaces or dashes.
For Example:
Employee Name – John Smith
Employee SSN – 123-45-6789
BluesEnroll Login ID: JOHNS6789
BluesEnroll Password: 123456789
- Click the “Log in” button
- The first time you log in, you will be asked to change your password
- Follow the on-screen instructions to change your password
