National Operations Center

Our National Operations Center is staffed with highly trained healthcare staffing coordinators 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. We don't use pagers, cell phones or voice mail during the "off hours." When branch offices close, calls are automatically forwarded to the appropriate staffing coordinator in the National Operations Center. Each branch location is assigned a primary coordinator familiar with the needs of that location. In addition, local branch and management staff continuously support them.

The National Operations Center staff prides itself on building relationships with nurses, client schedulers and managers. Our staff uses the most advanced computerized scheduling system to match nurse availability, by competencies and experience, with client needs. National Operations Center employees provide assistance with confirmations, orders, availability, changes in schedules, and answer a multitude of questions. One call can do it all!
