Summary:	The Branch Director is responsible for planning and directing the activities of a branch and meeting action plan objectives. The Branch Director implements operational directives, markets the company's services, and manages the office staff.
Details:	The qualifications of a Branch Director depend, in part, on local client and/or legal requirements. Generally, the Branch Director will meet one of the following experience tracks: 1) a Registered Nurse with several years of clinical experience, an active license in the state(s) of practice, and one or more years in management and/or sales OR 2) a non-nurse with a four-year college degree and a minimum of two years in staffing, management, and/or sales and marketing.
